About Us
Who We Are
TSCO – Tecnologia, Sistemas e Consultoria, S.A. originates from a directive of Angola's 2018-2022 National Development Plan to create an autonomous technology entity capable of delivering integrated services to public institutions involved in the management of Mandatory Social Protection.
It is an Angolan-owned commercial company, mainly held by the National Social Security Institute (INSS) and the Mutual Association of MAPTSS Workers, under NIF 5000740896. Headquartered in Luanda, in the Ingombota municipality, inside Edifício Sapiens, TSCO brings together more than 350 employees across 21 provinces and operates in information technology, innovation, and consulting.
